申领后为绿码用户的健康码界面

随着海南逐步复工复产，大批境外人员来到海南，截至3月10日20点，已有境外人士15674人申领海南健康码，积极参与到健康码这场利用大数据赋能疫情防控的活动中来。

但人们在积极响应申领健康码的同时，又因为语言问题遇到了很多困难，为帮助他们更加便利使用“海南健康码”，确保其在琼生活、学习、工作更加顺利，海南健康码技术团队积极研发推出英文版海南健康码，并于3月10日正式上线。

目前港澳台、外籍用户均可以从支付宝注册、实名后登录进行健康码的申领、健康打卡以及其他场景的应用。用户通过支付宝注册并实名认证后，首页搜索“海南健康码”或者点击“城市服务”找到“海南健康码”；授权“海南健康码”获取姓名、手机号、证件号码、性别、地区和用户状态等信息，点击“确认授权”后完成注册步骤登录“海南健康码”首页。

进入“海南健康码”首页后，可自由切换中、英文版面，进行健康码的申领，填写用户信息和健康相关信息，并承诺所填信息真实有效，申领成功后可正常使用健康码的其他场景功能、如健康打卡、复工复产、通行登记等。

Hainan Health QR Code Available in English Now!

An increasing number of overseas visitors have come to Hainan, with the progressive resumption of work and production. As of 20:00 on March 10, 15,674 people from overseas have applied for the Hainan Health QR Code, vigorously engaging in the COVID-19 prevention and control empowered by the use of big data.

However, people encountered various difficulties because of language problems, while they are responding positively to the application for health codes. To help people from overseas address the problems of the "Hainan Health QR Code" and to guarantee them for a better life, study, and work, the IT team actively developed the English version of the Hainan Health QR Code, which was officially launched on March 10.

At present, users from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign countries are available to apply for the health QR code, have their daily health clock-in, and access to other scenarios through Alipay after registering and logging-in in real-name. Once registered and logged in, users can search for "Hainan Health QR Code" on the homepage of Alipay or click on "City Services" to find "Hainan Health QR Code" with their Alipay account; followed by authorizing "Hainan Health QR Code" to collect users’ name, phone number, ID number, gender, region, health condition, and other information, click "Confirm Authorization" to complete the registration and log in to the "Hainan Health QR Code" homepage.

After entering the “Hainan Health QR Code” homepage, users are free to switch between Chinese and English pages. To apply for a health code, users will need to fill in their personal information and health-related information, and declare the authenticity and integrity of the information. After the successful application, other functions of the health code are available to use, such as daily health clock-in, work resumption, and pass registration, etc.
